Thank you so much for shopping at Back In Tyme Primtives. I hope you enjoyed your stay. All transactions are processed in the order that they are received. We process orders on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays in the evenings, and ship out on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday via USPS. All packages are mailed out within 7-10 days and only after payment is cleared. Please note a 7 day hold on personal checks. If you need your order expedited please email us and I will see what I can do to get it shipped out as soon as possible.

Insurance is not required but strongly recommended. You must add it to your cart before you checkout. We are NOT responsible for damages or losses to your order. Any orders placed without insurance are placed at the buyers own risk. Insurance is offered for your protection.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically per weight. Occasionally, shipping charges may be higher then quoted due to the need to use an oversize box or zip code requiring additional charges. If this is the case we will quote prior to shipment so you are aware of the charges.

| ~~REFUNDS AND RETURNS~~
Your satisfaction is my goal and will gladly make refunds for any non seasonal item you are not a 100% completely satisfied. Your request must be made upon receipt of your merchandise and shipped back to me within 7 days of receiving it.
REFUNDS do not include the shipping or return shipping. Those are the buyers responsibilites.
